Het is verboden om in het vakantiehuis jongerenfeestjes of drinkpartijen te organiseren die zorgen voor materiële schade of geluidsoverlast.

La maison est réservée aux personnes âgées d'au moins 21 ans.

Il est interdit d'organiser dans la maison de vacances des fêtes de jeunes ou des beuveries qui causent des dégâts matériels ou des nuisances sonores.

‘Au coin quatorze’ is een vakantiehuis met een ziel voor schoonheid en ambacht, gelegen in de Westhoek aan de Franse grens.

Sinds 1930 vertelt de statige woning op ‘Hoek nummer 14’ het verhaal van de lokale handel waar een smid en een kruideniersvrouw een gevestigde waarde in het dorp Roesbrugge waren.

Au coin quatorze" est une maison de vacances avec une âme pour la beauté et l'artisanat, située dans le Westhoek, à la frontière française.

Depuis 1930, l'imposante maison du "Coin numéro 14" raconte l'histoire du commerce local, où un forgeron et la femme d'un épicier avaient pignon sur rue dans le village de Roesbrugge.

'Au coin quatorze' is a holiday home with a soul for beauty and craft, located in the Westhoek on the French border.

Since 1930, the stately home on 'Corner number 14' has told the story of local commerce where a blacksmith and a grocer's wife were an established presence in the village of Roesbrugge.

Als elektricien kocht ik dit pand enkele jaren geleden. Met oog voor authenticiteit en vakkundige zorg renoveerde ik het huis met veel hulp van mijn gezin tot een luxueuze 5-sterren vakantiewoning voor 16 personen met zwembad, sauna en airconditioning.

Je bent welkom in ons vakantiehuis, waar comfort en duurzaamheid hand in hand gaan. Door onze milieuvriendelijke aanpak streven we ernaar om onze ecologische voetafdruk zo klein mogelijk te houden.

We maken volledig gebruik van de kracht van de zon. Maar liefst 50 zonnepanelen voorzien onze woning van elektriciteit en zorgen dat de airco kamers en leefruimtes lekker fris houdt in de zomer. Daarnaast zorgt een zonneboiler ervoor dat u tijdens uw verblijf kunt genieten van warm water, zonder extra belasting voor het milieu.

Samen met mijn vrouw en twee zonen gaven we dit levensproject vorm en verwelkomen we jullie graag in ons pareltje bij de IJzer.

En tant qu'électricien, j'ai acheté cette propriété il y a plusieurs années. Dans un souci d'authenticité et avec un soin tout particulier, j'ai rénové la maison avec l'aide de ma famille pour en faire une luxueuse maison de vacances 5 étoiles pour 16 personnes avec piscine, sauna et air conditionné.

Vous êtes les bienvenus dans notre maison de vacances, où confort et durabilité vont de pair. Grâce à notre approche respectueuse de l'environnement, nous nous efforçons de réduire au maximum notre empreinte écologique.

Nous utilisons pleinement la puissance du soleil. Pas moins de 50 panneaux solaires alimentent notre maison en électricité et veillent à ce que la climatisation maintienne les chambres et les espaces de vie agréables et frais en été. En outre, un chauffe-eau solaire vous permet de bénéficier d'eau chaude pendant votre séjour, sans charge supplémentaire pour l'environnement.

As an electrician, I bought this property several years ago. With an eye for authenticity and expert care, I renovated the house with the help of my family into a luxurious 5-star vacation home for 16 with pool, sauna and air conditioning.

You are welcome to our vacation home, where comfort and sustainability go hand in hand. Through our eco-friendly approach, we strive to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible.

We make full use of the power of the sun. As many as 50 solar panels provide our home with electricity and ensure that the air conditioning keeps rooms and living spaces nice and fresh in the summer. In addition, a solar water heater ensures that you can enjoy hot water during your stay, without any additional burden on the environment.
